With an area of over 60 hectares, Midori Park is located in the heart of Binh Duong New City (Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot Town), which is planned in sync with many different types in one space: from adjacent townhouses, garden houses, commercial townhouses to luxury villas. Phase 1, Becamex Tokyu built 42 units including 17 garden houses with indoor pools or gardens and 25 townhouses; area of each 300-350m2.
The highlight of the Midori Park project is its natural landscape and security system. The natural landscape is designed open and unique with flowers blooming in four seasons of the year.

At the ceremony, Binh Duong provincial leaders and delegates performed the ceremony of Kawami Wari (declaring Japanese wine) to inaugurate Midori Park Urban Area.
