At the working session, both
sides discussed to figure out opportunities for economic and trading
cooperation. Mr. Yaniv Tessel emphasized that Israel’s relationship
with Vietnam has been getting steadily stronger over the past 25 years with comprehensive
cooperation on many fields, especially on economic and trading activities.
However, the number of mutual cooperation projects in Binh Duong is still
limited. He also confirmed the strongpoint of Israel’s advanced
technology and highly evaluated the potentials of Binh Duong province. The
Counsellor expected to look for partnerships in applying Israel’s high-tech
farming and in building the smart city of Binh Duong.
Mr. Tran Thanh Liem said in
the working session that many enterprises in Binh Duong
have applied Israel’s advanced technologies to earn good business. Focusing on
the potentials of the province on industrial development and hi-tech
agriculture application, the provincial people’s committee chairman hoped both
sides will cooperate on these fields. “Binh Duong provincial authorities will
create favorable conditions for enterprises to further their bilateral
cooperation.” said Mr. Liem.
