Mr. Nguyen Van Dut clearly emphasized, define the importance of FPF, rescue and salvage for socio-economic development of the province, in the past time, the province has always paid attention to the time to investing in equipment and infrastructure investment for FPF, rescue and salvage. The PPC issued Decision No.4287/QD-UBND dated December 24^th 2014 on the master plan for the system of FPF, rescue and salvage up to 2020 and vision to 2030 and the Project "Responding to environmental incidents caused by fire and explosion". According to mid-term investment from 2015 up to now, the province has invested more than 500 billion dong in infrastructure and equipment for fire prevention and fighting police. Of which, investment in infrastructure construction for 01 unit at department level and 05 units at team level; equipped many modern equipment for firefighting, rescue and salvage, typically, the 62m scooter of Rosenbauer Group of the Republic of Austria.

Binh Duong focuses on infrastructure and equipment investment for FPF, rescue and salvage

In the coming time, the province will propose to the Ministry of Public Security continue to invest in infrastructure and equipment for some FPF police units in Bac Tan Uyen, Phu Giao and Dau Tieng districts and some FPF police teams in key areas. Direct all levels, sectors deploy FPF, rescue and salvage equipment scheme in medium and long term for provincial FPF police in order to meet current province's socio-economic development requirements.

Inspecting and exanimating the observance of regulations on FPF

Delegate Nguyen Van Hien Phuc (Ben Cat Town delegation) interrogated about the inspection and examination of compliance with law on FPF. Delegates emphasized that in the past time, although the functional branches of the province have made efforts to intensify propaganda activities, organize professional training and inspection of FPF however, in Binh Duong province, there are many warehouse fire incidents in the area of Thuan An, Di An Town. The most typical is the house fire on February 26^th 2017, on 30/4 street, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot Town, causing 4 deaths. Thereby, there are still a number of units, business organizations and people still have not paid sufficient attention to FPF.

The Director of FPF police answered, every year, the provincial FPF police have coordinated with functional branches to organize periodic inspections, interdisciplinary and thematic inspections for facilities under the management of Decree 79/ND-CP of the Government. In the first 6 months of 2017, the province FPF Police checked FPF safety for 6.389 times establishments, make 6.389 times of inspection records, and recommend 23.734 failure of FPF safety. Coordinated with sectors to organize inter-sectorial inspections for 99 establishments, recommend 654 failure of FPF safety. Organized specialize inspection on FPF for 20 production and business establishments in residential areas in the province.

Through inspections, FPF showed that, the majority of heads of agencies, organizations and individuals are interested in observing the law on FPF. However, many enterprises still violate the law on FPF. The provincial FPF police have issued the decision to sanction administrative violation cases in FPF for 193 violation cases with a fine of more than 809 million dong; penalty 02 cases. At the same time, advised the PPC to issue a decision to temporarily suspend the operation of 08 violation cases of FPF safety.

To intensify the inspection and examination of the observance of law provisions on FPF in industrial parks, markets, trade centers, high-rise buildings..., which have a high risk of fire.

In addition, implementation of peak month on FPF safety of tall buildings, the PPC of Dong Nai Province has directed the provincial FPF police to inspect 18 tall buildings. Through inspection has made 18 reports, recommended 76 failures in FPF safety.
