​At the meeting, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem thanked the delegation for visiting and working with Binh Duong province; at the same time introduces some ODA funded projects of the Government of Japan in implementation in Binh Duong. Typically, the project is to build a fast bus route between Binh Duong new city - Suoi Tien, a project to develop public transport in Binh Duong province. These are projects that contribute to the improvement of public transportation system in Binh Duong province, build Binh Duong urban civilized, modern. Vice Chairman hoped that, in the coming time, Binh Duong continues to receive the attention and support of the Government of Japan in the development of public transport system of the province as well as other fields.

After the actual visit and heard leaders of Binh Duong province briefed some contents, Mr. Hiroshi Narahira - Vice Minister of Infrastructure - Land - Transport and Tourism of Japan highly appreciated planning and urban development and transportation infrastructure of Binh Duong. He believed that, this will be a typical sample model for countries in the region to research and study. He wished in the future, Binh Duong and other localities of Japan will continue to cooperate in many fields; provincial leaders and departments will continue to support and create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses investing in Binh Duong to operate effectively.
