​Talking with provincial leaders, Mr Yuriy Makeev appreciated the development potential of the province. He said, the purpose of the working visit was to discuss the issue of replanting rubber, continuing the operation of Visorutex joint venture after the expiration of contract in 2020. This is a rubber joint venture project between the Government of Vietnam and the Russian Federation signed in 1991. The project has a total area of over 1.000 hectares, deployed in Binh Duong province. Rostec Corporation wished to receive the attention and support of Binh Duong province in the coming time.

Vice Chairman of the PPC Tran Thanh Liem informed the delegation about socio-economic development of Binh Duong as well as affirmed the traditional friendship relations of two countries Vietnam - Russian Federation. Leader of Binh Duong province supported the policy of continuing to implement Visorutex joint venture project. On the cooperation content, Vice Chairman of the PPC suggested that, Rostec Corporation should discuss and exchange in detail with Vietnam Rubber Industry Group in order to come to a common agreement.
