Speaking at the ceremony, H.E. Simon Van Der Burg sincerely thanked leaders of Binh Duong province. The consul general said, the successful cooperation between Binh Duong province and Eindhoven city and Emmen city, especially in the implementation of Binh Duong Smart City Project is the vision and leadership of Provincial Party Committee, PPC as well as Becamex IDC Corporation. Binh Duong's development strategies are typical of many localities studying and researching. H.E.
