Being fully confident on Party
Huynh Van Thu, a revolutionary
veteran in Ben Cat town’s My Phuoc ward said that looking back the last
tenure, not Party members, people from all strata in the province were
also proud of socio-economic achievements done by the country as well as
its prestige and evolution in the international arena. And provincial
Party Committee’s delegation would make contributions to the 12th National Party Congress.
Despite global economic
difficulties, Vietnam was still seen as the best safe country having the
most stable growth speed and the most attractive investment climate
over the past five years.
From an agriculture-based economy,
Vietnam has so far become a country with considerable growth in terms of
export thanks to the Party’s renewal and integration policy. Vietnamese
investors in the last tenure were present first in the U.S, Africa with
fields like tourism, telecommunications, exploitation, petroleum
exploitation…
Under friendship agreements between
Vietnam and other countries, province-based businesses struck up
friendship with 9 localities belonging to Asia and Europe over the past
five years. They expanded their projects abroad, including those of
planting 10,000 hectares of rubber, building a rubber latex processing
factory, developing pottery and building material sectors in
Laos’Champasac province. Provincial People’s Committee also allowed 112
entrepreneurs from 72 companies in the province to use APEC Business
Travel Cards (ABTC).

Firmly keeping the way that Uncle Ho pursued
Speaking at the online conference
reviewing the four-year implementation the Resolution No13.NQ/TW on
upgrading and expanded Highway 1A and Ho Chi Minh Highway running
through the Central Highlands regions, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung
emphasized that the world economic situation with complicated
development has negatively affected the country’s socio-economic growth
in recent years. But with the sound leadership of the Party plus
people’s solidarity, Vietnam’s economy has maintained its growth at the
highest level in the region for many consecutive years. Vietnam has
deeply integrated into the world economy. This requires the country to
be more flexible and creative.
Prof.Dr.Vu Minh Giang, Vice-Chairman
of the Vietnam Association of Historical Sciences, Member of the
Central Theoretical Council hoped that the 12th National Party Congress would elect moral and competent leaders for the country.
Also with the above significance, Prof.Hoang Chi Bao, Member of the Central Theoretical Council believed that the 12th
National Party Congress would continue making new breakthroughs, in
which private economic sector belongs to people, an important motivation
for national construction and development.
Mr.Thu added that along with results
done, in the next tenure, the Party organization needed to consider and
improve the leadership role of government towards an effective
apparatus in line with the common development of the world and the
region.
Do
Van Cha, 85, former Director of Water Enterprise that is now Binh Duong
Water Supply-Drainage and Environment One-Member Co.Lt.d said: “Elderly
Party members still keep track of the local socio-economic development
situation. Previously, we were hard in the fight against enemy to gain
independence and peace for people, then young generations today have to
further realize Uncle Ho’s teaching: Building up a more beautiful and
prosperous nation”. |
