Attending the event were Tran Thanh Liem,
Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, leaders of provincial
sectors and departments under the Steering Board of Party,
socio-political organizations in non-State businesses.
Over the past years, the province saw positive
changes in the task of setting up and developing Party, socio-political
organizations in non-State businesses. The whole province as of December
31, 2015 had a total of 71 Party organizations with 1,035 members; 123
Youth Union branches with 4,482 members; 2,126 trade union locals with
556,049 members; 1 Women’s Union and 15 branches with 765 members. Till
2020, the province will strive to have at least 90 Party organizations,
admit additional 400 new Party members; reach at least 90% of businesses
with 30 laborers and above setting up trade union locals; establish
additional 100 new Youth Union branches with 1,000 member and above…

At the meeting, representatives of relevant
sectors and departments presented queries in the process of realizing
the development of Party, socio-political organizations in non-State
businesses and put forward some proposals to innovate this task.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr.Tu agreed in
principle with the program while suggesting relevant agencies to speed
up dissemination of information about the significance and importance of
the establishment of Party, socio-political organizations in non-State
businesses; regularly investigate and monitor these organizations’
implementation of functions and tasks as stipulated.
