Attending the get-together was Nguyen Minh Triet, the former member of Politburo and former State’s President, Tran Van Nam, the member of Central Committee of CPV cum Secretary of Provincial Party Committee and Head of Provincial NA Delegation, Pham Van Canh, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial People’s Council, Nguyen Huu Tu, the Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee, all-time provincial leaders, leaders of departments, sectors, and agencies, veteran revolutionists, armed force heroes and youth members.

At the get-together, Pham Van Canh, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum Chair of Provincial People’s Council delivered a speech reviewing the glorious revolutionary tradition of August Revolution to give birth to Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Upholding the glorious tradition, Binh Duong Province has emerged with achievements of fast economic growth rate and active economic development in Dong Nam Bo Region and nationwide. The province has prominently succeeded in transitting economic structure to make use of its potentials in focused development of industries to create breakthrough in all socio-economic aspects.

For the time to come, the province shall promote the implementation of the resolution of the 12^thNational Party Congress and the 10^th Provincial Party Congress with improved investment promotion and call for high-tech projects without causing environment pollution. The socio-economic development shall be tied to assurance of social security and national defense maintenance. Emulation movements integrated into the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s moral and style have been promoted. Administrative reforms have been promoted and encouraged to improve State’s management efficiency.

The permanent Deputy Chair stressed that Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee showed belief that unity and spirit inspired by August Revolution shall be promoted to overcome all challenges and hardship to fulfill the targets and duties as proposed, creating foundation for faster development and construction of a more civilized and modern city out of Binh Duong Province with target for a province under central government management by 2020 and a future smart city.

On the occasion, Binh Duong Province awarded Party titles to 210 Party members for gaining Party ages of 70 down to 30 years.

Tran Van Nam, the member of Central Committee of CPV cum Secretary of Provincial Party Committee and Head of Provincial NA Delegation awarded title to Pham Van Canh, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee and Chair of Provincial People’s Council as well as flowers to the veteran Party members.
