In terms of improving workers’ spiritual life, he said that the Government will give preferential policies for enterprises that make investment in entertainment areas with cheap price for workers.
The Government will assign relevant sectors the task of keeping a close watch on food safety and hygiene, aiming to ensure workers’ safety. For enterprises, the Government will also take measures to force them to assure safe norms for workers’ meals.
Also according to him, social insurance is one of pillars of the country’s social welfare policy. The situation of businesses evading social insurance premium payment reaches alarming level. Social insurance agencies will be allowed to inspect social insurance premium payment by companies under the new regulations. The Criminal Code includes evasion of social insurance premium payment for the first time. Accordingly, businesses which evade social insurance premium payment liabilities shall be fined up to VND3 billion…

In addition, the Government has taken measures to curb inflation and stabilize goods prices whenever their salaries are raised, he affirmed. The Government will also further put forward proper policies to control over the unreasonable price hike of essential goods, affecting the lives of workers.
He also shook hands with workers and advised them on ways to get stable jobs. Accordingly, apart from diligence, it is sure that workers will reach success if ceaselessly improving their vocational and foreign language skills.
On this occasion, he presented 24 sets of TVs to lodging facilities where are crowded with workers in 8 provinces and cities in the southern key economic zone and donated gifts to those participating in the event. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also honored 30 outstanding workers in the zone, including 5 from Binh Duong.
