According to this plan, by 2015, 100% of departments, branches and localities have implemented this project; Over 70% of women and 95% of members of women’s union and youth union, officials, employees will be educated about of Vietnamese women’s quality and morals in the period of enhancing industrialization and modernization country; 100% of high schools and universities have introduced these Vietnamese women’s criteria in their extra-activities; Over 80% of households have been propagandized and distributed leaflets about Vietnamese women’s criteria; 100% of staffs being responsible for cultural fields in any positions starting from communes, leaders of youth unions and women’s unions will be trained in order to enhance skills and knowledge serving for propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s quality and morals; 100% of communes, wards and towns will be setting up a team of communicators, etc.

 

The project will be divided into two phases: 2010 – 2012 and 2013 – 2015 including 04 sub-projects. Specifically, the subproject No.1: “Propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s quality and morals in the period of enhancing industrialization and modernization the country” in Binh Duong province in 2010-2015; the subproject No.2: “Propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s quality and morals in schools”; the subproject No.3: “Propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s quality and morals through media”, the subproject No.4: “Propagandizing and educating Vietnamese women’s quality and morals through the cultural activities, sport and tourism”.
