The support team was established following the Decision No. 1244/QĐ-UBND dated May 29, 2014 of Binh Duong province People’s Committee. The team’s duty was to direct and implement support measures for local affected businesses, especially businesses that halted their production as well as timely solve problems and difficulties.

  

According to statistics released by the provincial Department of Finance, enumeration forms were issued to enterprises. In addition there were 70% of enterprises which submitted their declairation and the support team had inspected 61% of affected businesses. On tax extension, tax reduction, land lease fees reduction, the provincial Department of Taxation began inspecting documents submitted by affected businesses and evaluating damage level. The provincial Social Insurance started to print new social insurance books and was implementing policies for laborers under the direction of the Government, Vietnam Social Insurance and provincial Social Insurance.

    

   

       

    

     

In order to support companies following the direction of the Government, Mr. Le Thanh Cung, Chairman of Binh Duong province People’s Committee directed the support group to accelerate deployment progress, in which focuses on damaged businesses statistic to find the specific treatment such as tax reduction, tax extension, paying insurance compensation.

   

Mr. Cung also demanded provincial departments and agencies to provide data as well as custom, tax and social insurace declairation form for companies to restore data and to build re-production plan. Salary of workers who lost their job was to be agreed between workers and the company. Simultaneously provincial departments and agencies were directed to charge no administration fees when affected businesses conduct transaction.
