Vice Minister Nogami Kataro expressed his sincere thanks to the provincial leaders for their reception. This is his first working in Vietnam. He highly appreciated the relation between Japan and Vietnam. After the working visits of the two Governments, Memorandums of Understanding in many fields were signed. He also appreciated the Binh Duong socio economic results and infrastructure improvement, land and investment attraction policies.

  

On behalf of provincial authorities, Chairman Le Thanh Cung expressed his sincerest thanks to Vice Minister for his attention to Binh Duong development and to Japanese Government and Ministry of Land – Infrastructure – Transport and Tourism for supporting Japanese entrepreneurs for investing and deploying the ODA project on environment in Binh Duong province. Chairman affirmed that Binh Duong province will create the favourable conditions for Japanese investors.

  

At the meeting, the two sides also discussed on developing Eco City, implementing the bus system and Southern Binh Duong water improvement project, phase 2.
