Mr. Yun-Ho Jung said that JOIN is one of the leading corporations in South Korea specializing in poultry products supply (egg, meat), breeding, breeding animal production, food processing. Currently, the corporation has had 10 closed production farms worldwide. In this working visit, JOIN will promote to construct a manufacturing plant in Binh Duong province in order to provide poultry products for Lotte Mart supermarket chain in Vietnam.
The manufacturing plant is predicted to be executed into 3 phases: phase 1 - constructing the manufacturing plant that processes products made from eggs and chicken; phase 2 – building the closed production line: from raising chicken to processing products made from eggs and chicken; phase 3 – purchase local poultry products for processing, along with production. In phase 1, the corporation estimates to supply 180 million eggs and 14 million tons of chicken a year, Mr. Yun-Ho Jung added.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr Chairman Le Thanh Cung acclaimed and appreciated the investment project of JOIN Corporation. He indicated that there are currently a growing number of supermarkets in Binh Duong to meet the demand of people, especially the demand for two regular ingredients: chicken and egg. The chairman believed that the investment strategy of JOIN suits the market’s favorable conditions, with the presence of the Lotte Mart supermarket chain in Binh Duong province and in other regions. Binh Duong provincial leaders promised to create many favorable conditions for JOIN to implement the projects.
