In the previous time, Binh Duong province in coordination with Dong Nai province has implemented measures in order to protect the environment of Dong Nai River in adjacent areas of the two provinces especially the solid waste, industrial waste water treatment and fish cages in Dong Nai River basin in Tan Uyen district, Di An town (Binh Duong province) and Vinh Cuu district, Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai province).

   

According to news agencies and local residents, Binh Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment has inspected, sanctioned the enterprises dumping rubbishes, waste water into the river as well as limited the sand exploitation and mobilized fish cage farmers in Dong Nai River basin at Bach Dang, Thuong Tan, Khanh Binh communes… (Tan Uyen district) to change their job.

    

Moreover, the Department also constructed the wastewater monitoring system for businesses in Tan Dong Hiep B Industrial Park, VISP 2 (extended)… aiming to control the quality of wastewater before dumping into Dong Nai River.
