Accordingly, the Covid-19 pandemic has been complicated, Vietnam has appeared a new variant of the SARS-COV2 virus, the number of people entering Binh Duong is increasing, especially during the Lunar New Year. Therefore, the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control should be drastically implemented in the province.
The Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 pandemic Prevention and Control proposed the Steering Committee for Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control of districts, towns, cities, departments and agencies to strictly comply with the Prime Minister's instructions at Directive No. 01/CT-TTg dated January 05, 2021 and related documents on strengthening prevention and fighting against Covid-19 pandemic; Official Letter No. 425 / CV-BCĐ dated January 19, 2021 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control guiding the hand-over and management after completing centralized isolation.
Expeditiously implement the contents of Decision No. 3986 / QD-BYT dated September 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Health promulgating " Guideline handbook of organization and implementation of medical isolation in Covid-19 pandemic areas", especially, building teams for Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control in the community.
Promptly update the pandemic development; strengthen communication on Covid-19 prevention and control in many ways so that people know and actively prevent themselves, their families and communities; encourage families of relatives abroad to abide by regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control when returning Vietnam.
The police and military sectors actively coordinate closely with the health sector and related branches to review and early detect cases of illegal entry into the area. Strictly handle cases of illegal entry, especially organizations and individuals who allow people enter illegally.
The Health, Public Security, and Military sectors actively review and consolidate concentrated medical isolation zones; implementing medical isolation under the direction in the Government Office's Official Dispatch No. 208 / VPCP-QHQT dated January 9, 2021 on flights to bring overseas Vietnamese citizens back home in the quarter I, 2021; Medical examination and treatment facilities need to strictly follow the screening and diversion of patients, ensure the safety in Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control according to the guidance in Decision 3088 / QD-BYT dated July 16, 2020 issuing the set of criteria for safety in Covid-19 pandemic and acute respiratory infections (for hospitals) prevention and control and Decision 4999 / QD-BYT dated December 1, 2020 promulgating the set of safety criteria for clinic against Covid-19 pandemic and acute respiratory inflammatory diseases (for clinics, medical stations) of the Ministry of Health.
Urgently review and direct the establishment of medical isolation areas with fee in the area to promptly meet the medical isolation needs in the coming time.
