Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests Directors of Departments, Branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities based on Notice No. 272/TB-VPCP dated August 3, 2020 of the Government Office on the conclusion of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the meeting of Standing Government on Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control, the directing documents of the Central and the actual situation of the locality in implementing the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control in the past time to urgently organize the implementation accordingly and effectively. At the same time not to be subjective, not to let the pandemic outbreak; urgently review pandemic prevention and control plans of agencies, units and localities to work out solutions to effectively meet pandemic prevention and control requirements in the new situation.
Temporarily close events with large crowds such as festivals, sports tournaments and big unnecessary events, recommends restricting gatherings at weddings, funerals, religious rituals etc; temporarily close non-essential service establishments such as: Bars, karaoke, discotheques, performing arts; request to wear a mask, perform sterilization, disinfection in accordance with the Health sector's regulations in public places, workshops, factories etc.
Encourage online meetings and conferences; increase the application of information technology systems for online exchange and work. In cases where conferences need to be held in person, it must apply measures for pandemic prevention and control as prescribed by the Health sector; Organize temperature measurement and require everyone to wear masks when coming to the office and working contact of agencies and units.
Not organizing for officials, public servants, public employees and employees to visit or go to infected areas as notified by the Ministry of Health; at the same time, it is recommended that people do not travel, if they do not have necessary work, should not go back and forth in these areas.
Assign the Department of Education and Training to proactively coordinate with relevant units and localities to strengthen measures to ensure safety for the 2020 High School Graduation Exam in the face of the complicated situation of Covid-19. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to environmental sanitation in the campus and around the test scores; Prepare facilities and equipment to ensure the pandemic prevention and control requirements for all students, teachers and exam staff according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Health.
