​​Accordingly, in the second week (May 6 – 10, 2024), the PPC will approve 03 draft Proposals and Resolutions, including the Regulation on spending tasks on environmental protection in the province; the Stipulation of the criteria for establishing a security and order protection team and the number of members of the security and order protection team at the grassroots level, support and training regime for people participating in the security and order protection team at the grassroots, the expenses for security and order protection team at the grassroots in the province; the Policies in drug addiction treatment, post-drug addiction management and support specialized forces who directly work in drug crime prevention and combat under agencies specialized in drug crime prevention and control in the area.

In the fourth week (May 20 – 24, 2024), the PPC will approve the Report on the management direction of the PPC and the socio-economic, defense, and security situation in May 2024.

At the same time, it will also approve 05 drafts, including the Decision promulgating regulations on economic and technical norms in the operation of the waste source monitoring system in the province; the Decision to promulgate the Plan to implement the Resolution on urban embellishment and development in the province for the period 2023 - 2025 and the period 2026 – 2030; the Decision to promulgate Regulations on coordination in preparing documents to apply measures to handle administrative violations and send them to compulsory detoxification facilities in the province; the Decision to amend and supplement Decision No. 25/2022/QD-UBND dated September 9, 2022, of the PPC regulating the decentralization of organizational management, payroll and cadres, civil servants, and employees above province; the Decision to amend and supplement Decision No. 37/2022/QD-UBND dated November 24, 2022 of the PPC promulgating Regulations on recruitment of civil servants in communes, wards and towns in the province.
