Recently, Viet Nam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand have coordinated to implement many cooperation programs to promote the development of the East-West Economic Corridor and the Cambodia - Laos – Viet Nam Development Triangle area. At the same time, in recent years, the Party, State, and Government of Viet Nam have always attached importance to the role of the East-West Economic Corridor and Cambodia - Laos – Viet Nam Development Triangle area, prioritizing resource allocation to promote the implementation of cooperation content.
Vietnamese localities have also actively deployed investment in infrastructure connecting traffic, seaports, logistics, investment promotion, trade, and tourism with localities in Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand, actualizing the East-West Economic Corridor and Cambodia - Laos - Viet Nam Development Triangle.

At the Forum, leaders of the provinces of the countries gave presentations to inform and promote the potential and strengths of cooperation in promoting the fields of trade, investment, and tourism so that competent agencies and businesses of each side's industry can research and develop plans to implement cooperation contents following the needs and strengths of each country.
On behalf of the leaders of Binh Duong province, Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Van Danh presented a presentation on the development potential as well as the development orientation of Binh Duong province in the coming time, the situation of attracting foreign investment in Binh Duong, the cooperative relationship between Binh Duong province and localities of Laos, Cambodia, etc.
This is a meaningful activity to strengthen the friendly relations between Viet Nam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand in general, and the special relationship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries Viet Nam and Laos in particular, through the implementation of foreign affairs activities on the occasion of Bunpimay festival of the Lao people.
