Reporting to the delegation, the leaders of the Transportation Works Construction Investment Project Management Authority said that the Ring Road No.3 project passing through Binh Duong province was implemented very quickly and on schedule. The project's construction and installation packages are being constructed urgently. To date, disbursement for site clearance compensation has reached nearly 90%. To continue to facilitate project construction, the Provincial Traffic Works Construction Investment Project Management Board hoped that Thuan An City would continue to coordinate well in clearing compensation and handing over 100% of the project site.

Ring Road No.3 is more than 76 kilometers long, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Long An with 4 lanes and a cross-section width of 19.75 meters. The project has a total investment of about 75,378 billion VND from the central and local budgets. The project was implemented in 2023 and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2026.
Ring Road No.3 section through Binh Duong province has its starting point at Tan Van intersection, ending point at Binh Goi bridge with a total route length of about 26.6 kilometers, including two projects: Component project No.5 (construction) and Component project No. 6 (compensation, support, and resettlement). The total project investment is 19,280 billion VND. The total land area of the project is about 129.32 hectares, with about 1,496 people affected.

After surveying the Ring Road No.3 project, the provincial leaders' delegation met with households in Vinh Phu ward (Thuan An city) affected by the compensation and clearance of the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13. Here, the provincial leaders listened to people share their difficulties and presented several recommendations related to compensation and clearance for the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13.
