Overview of the meeting.
The 2024 Horasis China Meeting being held in Binh Duong would create favorable opportunities for managers and the business community of Binh Duong to exchange and connect with a network of senior leaders, especially those who are founders, Chairmen, CEOs of leading Asian companies, as well as leaders of global businesses. Through this event, they can improve their ability to find new chances and partners to jointly develop management capacity, science and technology level, promote trade, attract investment, and expand cooperation between Viet Nam, Asia, and the world. At the same time, it would create an important foundation, contributing to the breakthrough program of socio-economic development and the "Binh Duong Smart City Project".
Ms. Ha Thanh – Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs reports on the preparations to organize the 2024 Horasis China Meeting.
It is expected that the Meeting will take place from April 14 to April 16, 2024, at the Binh Duong Convention & Exhibition Center. There will be attendance of about 700 delegates who are leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministries, central branches and localities of Viet Nam; experts and a network of senior leaders from the Horasis community; Consulate General of countries in Ho Chi Minh City and foreign business associations and branches; provincial leaders and departments, branches, and localities in the province; business community, institutes and schools in Binh Duong and Viet Nam.
There will be 6 plenary sessions and 21 dialogue sessions on each topic with presentations and speeches from the world's leading speakers at the Meeting.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Mai Hung Hung - Vice Chairman of the PPC basically agreed with the plan. Regarding the content discussed at the meeting, he requested the Department of Foreign Affairs to supplement and complete the plan to submit to the provincial leaders for review and approval so that units can soon implement it as assigned.
