According to the report, during the period 2021 – 2023, Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee promptly implemented the project, considering it a key task that contributes to promoting local socio-economic development and smart city construction.
The implementation of the task of reforming administrative procedures has always been seriously prioritized with a high sense of responsibility, resulting in positive changes. Service quality, as well as satisfaction levels of people and businesses, have been improving; 100% of received administrative procedure documents are resolved and returned within the prescribed time limit. Digitizing the results of resolving administrative procedures has contributed to the formation of a shared data warehouse to serve the reuse needs of people.

The officials, civil servants, and public employees have been training and fostering, basically meeting task requirements in the new situation. The arrangement of personnel to receive and return results of agencies, units, and activities of the volunteer team at the City Public Administration Service Center creates favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to conduct administrative transactions. The City People's Committee established the brand identity at the City Public Administration Service Center and the People's Committees of 14 wards, resulting in the digitization of 20,140 records, reaching a rate of 99.9%. The City People's Committee received and resolved 31,260 online administrative procedures documents on the Provincial Public Service Portal. At the same time, it has received and returned the results of documents certifying electronic copies from the originals to people on the National Public Service Portal.
From 2021 to 2023, the City People's Committee and 14 ward People's Committees have effectively implemented 20 models and initiatives related to administrative reform, the implementation of the one-stop mechanism for resolving administrative procedures.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thu Cuc – Chairwoman of the Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee said that in 2024, the city needs to promote the role of the entire political system and the people's contributions and responses in implementing the project. The leaders need to actively carry out inspection and supervision in the performance of administrative duties; and actively research solutions, initiatives, and best practices that contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of administrative procedure reform. Moreover, they need to focus on completing and putting into use 24/7 ATMs associated with digitalizing records and making online payments. Continue to promote propaganda, guidance, and mobilization of individuals and organizations to submit online applications on the Public Service Portal; focus on digitizing the results of resolving administrative procedures on the Public Service Portal; receive and return results via public postal service. Continue to arrange volunteer forces at the Public Administration Service Center and People's Committees of 14 wards to guide people, especially the elderly, to create accounts, submit documents, and pay fees on the Public Service Portal. Coordinate with superior agencies and units to complete the connection and sharing of data from the remaining national databases and specialized databases with the National Public Service Portal. Promote the implementation of solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Set of Indicators 766.
On this occasion, the Thu Dau Mot City People's Committee awarded 15 collectives and 34 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the project to innovate the one-stop mechanism in the city for the period 2021-2023.
