At the conference, representatives of the Administration Center reported the results of the Set of Indicators 766 implementation. In the second week of 2024, Binh Duong province reached 79.06 points, ranked 4 out of 63 provinces and cities, increased 3.39 points, and down 3 places.

Regarding digital transformation, the Department of Information and Communications will continue to coordinate with the PPC Office to pilot the operation of the Electronic Certification System until January 20, 2024.
The province's electronic authentication system has received and processed 3,531/3,531 documents. The records of the pilot units are synchronized to the National Public Service Portal to serve the people's needs of searching and tracking records and to improve scores according to the Set of Indicators 766. 18 out of 19 databases on the National and Branches Information System have been connected.
Regarding Project 06, 2,115 citizen identification cards were received and issued during the week. To date, 1,853,482 electronic identification accounts have been received; 1,638,237 accounts have been activated; and 43,550 digital signatures have been issued.

The Provincial Public Security has coordinated to connect data of 30 medical facilities in health examination for online renewal and re-issuance of driver's licenses. To date, there have been 63,475 cases granted; 28 connected medical facilities issued birth certificates for 20,796 cases; 19 connected medical facilities issued death certificates for 321 cases. As of January 8, 2024, there are 174 out of 174 medical facilities in the province (100%) using chip-based citizen identification cards to replace Health Insurance Cards in medical examination and treatment.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vo Van Minh requested departments and branches to fix the problem of late applications, especially online applications; improve the rate of digitization of records, and promote interoperability processes in handling administrative procedures of departments and branches. Regarding Project 06, departments and branches must put efforts to effectively implement the group of utilities serving socio-economic development and 25 essential public services.
To prepare for the 2023 summary work of the Steering Committee, the Chairman of the PPC requested the Steering Committee's Teams and departments to urgently develop plans to implement tasks in 2024. At the same time, they also need to prepare reports evaluating achieved results and recommend rewards for each thematic group.
