The Conference announced the Decision of the Ministry of National Defense on the retirement of Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh - Former Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command since January 1, 2023, and Colonel Ao Tan Tai - Former Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command since March 1, 2023 (due to quitting work on February 1, 2020, waiting for the end of active-duty age to retire).

The provincial leaders also handed over the Decision of the PPC to re-appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Minh as Director of the Provincial Department of Home Affairs, effective from January 15, 2024; appointed Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Vice Principal of the Binh Duong Viet Nam - Korea College to hold the position of Chairman of the Council of the Binh Duong Viet Nam - Korea College for the 2023-2028 term; and appointed Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung - Vice Principal of the Binh Duong Viet Nam - Korea College to hold the position of Principal of the Binh Duong Viet Nam - Korea College.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao congratulated comrades who were appointed or reappointed. He hoped that they would continue to promote the spirit of collective solidarity, put in more effort, and strive to excelently complete the tasks entrusted to them by the Party and State. Regarding the Binh Duong Viet Nam - Korea College, he noted that vocational training must aim to meet the needs of the labor market, especially the current trend of digital transformation, and science and technology application. Provincial leaders wish retiring comrades to always be healthy, and happy, continue to set a good example, and contribute intellectually to local development.
