The Ten is the third apartment complex in the Midori Park subdivision, with a scale of 10 floors, a total of 300 units, on a land fund of nearly 1.4 hectares. The average area of an apartment is about 110 m2, with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters. The project has a glass coverage density higher than 70%. It uses insulated glass, which helps block heat from the outside, helping to regulate the temperature in the apartment. In addition, on the 3rd floor of the public area, the investor plans to include a 50-meter-long infinity pool, a gym, a BBQ garden, a large children's play area, an Onsen bathing pool (hot bathing pool), etc. It is expected that the project will be completed and handed over in the third quarter of 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City said that Binh Duong is not only a place to work but also a place to live. He believed that the Tokyu Garden City project would contribute to increasing the attraction of the province by becoming a place for local community exchanges.
