In the second quarter of 2024, the PPC will approve the policy's contents presented at the mid-2024 meeting to request approval of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council (recommended to develop a legal normative resolution); draft Decision promulgating the Plan to implement the Resolution on urban embellishment and development in the province for the 2023 - 2025 period and the 2026 - 2030 period; and contents submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the mid-2024 meeting.

In the third quarter of 2024, the PPC will approve the draft Decision promulgating criteria for enterprises located outside industrial zones and clusters in the Southern region to change functions and relocate to industrial zones and clusters; draft Decision promulgating the Provincial Land Use Plan for the 2021 - 2025 period; contents proposed to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to approve the policy presented at the end-2024 meeting (recommended to develop a legal normative resolution).

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the draft Decision promulgating regulations, management, payment, and finalization of investment capital from the State budget assigned to the community to self-implement project construction according to support norms (in kind or cash) under the National Target Programs for the 2021 - 2025 period in the province; issues about taking care of and support the people during the Lunar New Year 2025, etc. will be approved.

The Chairman of the PPC requested the heads of departments, committees, branches, and Chairman of the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to directly direct, coordinate, and be responsible for organizing the implementation of the Work Program; focus on building the contents of the Work Program to ensure progress, quality, and contents submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the end-2024 meeting.
