The meeting was carried out online, connecting 09 districts and 91 communes, wards, and towns in the province.At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial Administrative Center reported the implementation of administrative procedure reform according to Set of Indicators 766 referencing the administration and quality assessment of services provided to citizens and enterprises in the electronic environment in 2023. In particular, Binh Duong reached 79.92 points and ranked 9th out of 63 provinces and cities, increasing by 16.2 points and 21 ranks compared to the results of the first six months of 2023. Currently, the province has synchronized 93.39% of records to the National Public Service Portal (NPSP). In 2023, online payment reached 9/10 points, increased by 6.9 points compared to the first six months of 2023. The rate of dossiers with electronic results reached 63.46%. The rate of digitizing records and resolving administrative procedures reached 51.18%. Moreover, there have been 84,469 reused digitized information and data.
Overview of the meeting
Regarding the results of Set of Indicators 766 at the district level, 8 out of 9 localities are ranked Very Good. Thuan An City is the only locality ranking Good with a total score of 74.3%, an increase of 25.61% compared to the total score of the first six months of 2023.
In the first week of 2024, on January 8, 2024, the NPSP updated the results of Set of Indicators 766, in which Binh Duong reached 75.67 points and ranked 1st out of 63 provinces and cities.
During the meeting, the delegates focused on solving problems and obstacles in the implementation of administrative procedure reform. At the same time, they also proposed solutions to effectively implement administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, Project No. 06, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh appreciated the results of the implementation of Set of Indicators 766 over the last months of 2023. This was the effort of the Steering Committee, departments, branches, and localities to drastically implement the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary. However, according to Mr. Vo Van Minh, indexes still have room for growth. Therefore, the departments, branches, and localities need to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility and pay attention to well implementing a number of key tasks, especially the public and transparent points group; update and publicize on time; synchronize records to the NPSP; and document processing progress, etc.

Regarding the implementation of Set of Indicators 766 at the district level, Mr. Vo Van Minh requested the localities continue to effectively implement the set goals and solutions. Especially, Di An City needs to put more effort into coordinating with relevant departments and branches to find solutions to improve Set of Indicators 766 as soon as possible.
The chairman of the PPC also asked the departments and branches to soon advise on the implementation of key tasks in 2024 on administrative reform, digital transformation, Project No. 06, and smart cities.
