Overview of the meeting
The meeting reviewed the following contents: Decision approving the investment policy, investor of Tam Lap stone quarry construction investment project, Tam Lap 3 quarry, One World housing construction investment project; establishing Tam Lap 2 Industrial Cluster; authorizing the signing of PPP project contract under the PPC's authority; Land unit price to calculate financial obligations for the Viet Nam - Singapore III Industrial Park project (phase 2a).

At the same time, the meeting gave comments on the plan to advance the Land Development Fund for compensation and site clearance of public investment projects; temporary housing support in 2022 (phase 6) for households resettled from the old 21st Century Residential Area project (now Phu Cuong Park project) and land in Dinh An commune, Dau Tieng district (national defense airport planning); draft plan to relocate agencies, public service units and specific provincial-level associations to work in the Binh Duong Industrial - Service - Urban Complex; draft proposal proposing to develop a Resolution regulating prices for medical examination and treatment services in state-owned medical examination and treatment establishments and prices for medical examination and treatment services in some cases according to the Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BYT (replacing Resolution No. 15/2020/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2020 of the Provincial People's Council).
According to the Department of Health's Proposal, the issuance of the Resolution regulating prices for medical examination and treatment services not within the scope of health insurance payment is to adjust the price of medical examination and treatment services according to Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BYT, which adjusted salary and wage costs according to the base salary of 1.800.000 VND as well as synchronization between the price of technical services not within the scope of payment by the Health Insurance Fund and the payment price of the Health Insurance Fund.
The meeting also gave comments on the names and contents of tasks in the Project to adjust the General Planning of Tan Uyen City to 2040 and the Construction Planning Project of Dau Tieng district to 2040.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh agreed with the contents. At the same time, he requested departments, committees, and branches to urgently receive comments to continue adding and perfecting the contents. He noted that the Department of Health must closely monitor and organize consultation with the people to improve the price of medical examination and treatment services to ensure compliance with regulations and receive people's consent.
