As a result, the PVF Football Academy team from Malaysia won the Championship Cup of the 5th Viet Nam Japan International Youth Cup U-13 in 2023. Second prize belonged to Hanoi FC team. Third prize went to Yokohama FC Tsurumi team from Japan.

In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded individual awards to the three best players in the tournament. The title of Best Goalkeeper belonged to player Nguyen Tan Nam - Becamex Binh Duong Club. The title of Top Scorer belonged to player Tran Manh Quan – Ha Noi Football Club. The title of Best Player belonged to player Kanemitsu Ren – Team Yokohama FC Tsurumi.
