The meeting approved draft Proposals and Resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023, including: Contents and tasks of repair, maintenance and urgent handling of dike incidents managed by local authorities in Binh Duong province; Approving the number of commune-level officials, civil servants and people working part-tim in the province in 2024; list of works and projects subject to land recovery and change of rice land use purpose in 2024; list of public non-business services using the State budget in the field of Natural Resources and Environment; list of public non-business services using the State budget in the field of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The assignment of the number of commune-level officials and civil servants and people working part-time at the commune level is based on the following criteria: Classification of commune-level administrative units, natural area and population size. Accordingly, the expected total number of commune-level officials and civil servants is 2,600 people, of which 2,015 people are distributed according to administrative units and an increase of 66 people according to natural area, 519 people according to population size. The total number of commune-level people working part-time is about 1,827 people, including 1,242 people are distributed according to administrative units and an increase of 66 people according to natural area, 519 people according to population size.
The regulation to increase the number of commune-level civil servants and people working part-time according to natural area and population size is to help the State management of the commune-level People's Committee be strict, contributing to improving efficiency and quality of service to the people.

The meeting also considered and approved the draft Decisions: Promulgating regulations on management and use of funds to implement preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution and people who directly participated in the resistance war managed by the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs branch in Binh Duong province; providing financial support for the Provincial People's Procuracy to purchase software equipment to serve electronic criminal case management book software. At the same time, approving investment policies for public investment projects; adjusting the investment policy of the compensation, support and resettlement project of the Ben Cat area drainage and wastewater treatment project; approving the total site area at 1/500 scale for the Project of building a standard School of Politics.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh agreed on the draft Proposals and Resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023. He noted that the management and implementation of the list of works and projects subject to land recovery and change of land use purpose must be flexible and strict to serve investment attraction and public investment.
The Chairman of the PPC requested departments and branches to continue to comment on the contents considered at the meeting. As for the Project of building a standard School of Politics, the Department of Construction continues to advise on building 1/500 scale plan for infrastructure items and cultural institutions in the surrounding area to create connectivity.
