The implementation of processing investment dossiers on the System is expected to overcome difficulties and obstacles in coordination and and connection between State agencies recently in resolving procedures for people and enterprises. In the coming time, the Department of Planning and Investment will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete the process and announce the remaining AP to achieve the goal of AP reform associated with digital transformation, creating convenience and saving maximum time and costs for people and enterprises when implementing AP, contributing to improving and further enhancing the province's investment environment under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC.

Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications added that the dossier processing process includes 04 steps: Receiving, processing, appraisal, and returning results. In the previous processing stage, only documents were sent to departments and branches, leading to slow progress. Building a process for resolving AP connected between relevant departments, branches and units in the investment field will clarify the responsibilities of each agency, understand where the dossier is being processed, and which departments and branches are handling them. In addition to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the near future, it will continue to digitize the dossier processing process at other departments and branches.
