According to the plan, the Meeting is expected to take place from December 03 - 05, 2023 at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center, with about 700 guests, including: leaders of the Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Central and local ministries and branches; experts and a network of senior leaders from the Horasis community; Consulate General of countries in Ho Chi Minh City and foreign enterprise associations and branches; enterprise community in Binh Duong and Viet Nam.

Overview of the meeting
It is expected that 2023 Horasis Meeting will have 6 plenary sessions and 28 dialogue and discussion sessions taking place in parallel. In particular, there will be 02 special sessions of Binh Duong: Intelligent Community, Innovation and Industry 4.0.
