Along with that, the "frozen" real estate market has led to difficulties in a series of related industries such as: Construction, production of construction materials, wood processing, etc. However, he commented that the province's strategy to develop and expand Song Than station is a great opportunity for the province to connect and distribute goods to ASEAN countries, China and Europe.

Sharing at the meeting, enterprises and industry associations raised difficulties and obstacles, and proposed and recommended solutions to support the recovery and development of enterprises' production and business activities. Most of the recommendations are related to administrative procedures; fire prevention and fighting; tax; problems of real estate projects; policy to relocate production facilities and factories according to the province's planning; opportunities to access low-interest loans; valuation; early promulgation of localities' general planning so that the real estate industry can grasp information; announcement of a list of social housing planning for enterprises to proactively approach; traffic separation and routing for goods transport vehicles; transportation costs related to BOT toll stations; transportation costs related to BOT toll stations; development of inland waterway ports for economic and tourism development; social insurance for employees, etc.
Through the opinions of enterprises, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee noted and representatives of departments and branches answered the problems of enterprises.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh thanked enterprises for their contributions to the development of the province during the past time. He hoped that in the coming time, the leaders of the Provincial Business Federation will continue to support enterprises to operate effectively and develop more and more.
