Overview of the Congress
The Congress announced the decision to establish Binh Duong Mineral Industry Association; Approving the Association's operational direction report for the 2023-2028 tenure, and the Association's Charter. Accordingly, on October 25, 2023, the PPC issued Decision No. 2761/QD-UBND allowing the establishment of Binh Duong Mineral Industry Association. The Association is a voluntary social and professional organization of enterprises operating in the fields of mineral production, business, exploitation and processing in the province. Linking, cooperating, and supporting each other economically and technically in mineral production, business, exploitation, and increasing mineral value. Representing and protecting the legitimate interests of members, contributing to creating more jobs and improving the lives of workers in the mineral industry.

The Association's operational goal in the 2023-2028 tenure is to perfect the organizational structure of the Association's key personnel apparatus, ensuring that the personnel has enough capacity, reputation and responsibility to manage the Association's activities to complete the set goals and work plans with the highest results. Enhancing the role of the Association through being a focal point for information on trade promotion activities at home and abroad, providing stronger support for members to solve issues of mineral production and business techniques, exploitation and processing and related developments. The Association always closely follows the production and business situation of member enterprises, promptly synthesizes suggestions, recommendations, and wishes of members to resolve if the problem is within the scope of the Association's management, and at the same time, reports it to leadership levels if the problem is beyond the Association's scope of resolution. Further promoting links between members with consulting units and suppliers of raw materials such as petroleum, industrial explosives, and supporting technology (machinery and equipment serving the mineral exploitation and processing industry) and together sharing and exchanging experiences in production management. Helping members expand links with economic and social organizations at home and abroad, creating conditions for members to access new technologies applied to production and expand markets to promote production and export development for members. Promoting consulting and support for members on issues related to policies and laws of the State of Viet Nam, through individual organizations, agencies, committees, branches and thematic seminars to guide more regulations. Updating economic, scientific and technical information, market prices of stone, sand, and clay construction materials in a timely manner for members.
The Executive Committee of Binh Duong Mineral Industry Association for the 2023-2028 tenure is launched
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee for the 2023-2028 tenure. Accordingly, the Executive Committee includes 09 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Association includes 03 comrades; the Inspection Committee consists of 03 comrades. Mr. Phan Tan Dat - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company was elected as Chairman of the Association for the 2023-2028 tenure.
