Mr. Dau Anh Tuan - Deputy General Secretary, Head of VCCI Legal Department, PCI Project Director concludes the conference
To improve competitiveness not only requires the efforts of provincial leaders but also requires the efforts of all departments, branches and localities. Because the field of PCI measurement is related to business investment procedures in most departments, branches, fields and grassroots governments. The number of enterprises in Binh Duong is much larger than other localities. Therefore, the number of documents that a provincial department or branch must handle each day is sometimes equal to what other localities handle in a month. Therefore, Mr. Dau Anh Tuan said that Binh Duong needs to focus on thoroughly applying information technology to quickly resolve administrative procedures. In addition, continuing to accompany enterprises to overcome difficulties, stabilize and develop business; strengthening coordination, improving proactiveness and efficiency in management, administration, guidance and support towards the satisfaction of people and enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, etc.
