The Provincial Public Administration Center coordinates with departments, committees and branches to fully and clearly publicize administrative procedures, fees and charges at the Provincial One-stop-shop Section; implement the contents of the Project to innovate the implementation of the one-stop shop and interconnected one-stop mechanism in resolving administrative procedures, etc.

Departments, committees, branches; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities arrange civil servants and officials on duty at the One-stop-shop Section who are capable, professional, and knowledgeable about the subject matter to guide procedures fully and clearly, and must have an enthusiastic, friendly service attitude, etc. towards people, enterprises and investors; implement office culture, build a modern and professional administration.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment presides over and coordinates with departments, committees, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to recommend improving mechanisms, policies, and legal regulations on the effective management, exploitation, and use of land resources; propose appropriate mechanisms and policies in management and creation of clean land funds to serve socio-economic development and attract investment; strengthen reform of land-related administrative procedures, with priority given to the application of digital transformation achievements, to ensure shortening of document processing time according to regulations; and improve the quality, professionalism, friendliness, enthusiasm, willingness to serve and support of civil servants, thereby creating satisfaction and consensus of enterprises.

The Department of Planning and Investment coordinates with departments, committees, branches, and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to promptly provide and and publicize information on approved planning, public investment plans, budget capital plans, industry and field planning, and list of projects attracting investment; investment incentive mechanisms and policies, etc.
