After listening to reports from departments, branches and localities, Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the PPC, Head of the Steering Committee assessed, after 3 weeks of drastic implementation, the results of implementing administrative procedure reform according to the province's Set of indicators 766 has had positive changes, from the middle TOP position, Binh Duong is now ranked 16th in the country. The Chairman of the People's Committee emphasized that all levels, branches and localities need to focus on doing better to continue improving the PAPI, SIPAS, PCI and Digital Transformation Index. There have been positive changes in publicizing administrative procedures, however, the number of late dossiers at the provincial level is still high, more than 4,000 dossiers, over 700 dossiers are resolved in the week, it is necessary to analyze more clearly which group of causes the remaining late dossiers belong to in order to find a solution. Regarding online public services, online payments, and digitization of dossiers, it is necessary to focus on implementing them more synchronously and drastically.

Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hoang Thao requested that all levels and branches need to improve coordination, promote investment in equipment to serve the digitalization process and focus on improving responsibility of the leader, aiming to serve people and enterprises, with the progressive spirit and attitude, listening, and solving service-based problems. He highly appreciated the draft plan for organizing meetings, exchanging, listening to opinions and solving difficulties and problems of people and enterprises. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to take the second day of every week as day to meet enterprises and people.
According to the draft Plan for organizing meetings, exchanging, listening to opinions and removing difficulties and problems of people and enterprises, "Day for removing bottlenecks in administrative procedure reform in Binh Duong province" will take place every Monday. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the standing committee meeting of the Steering Committee will be held in person or online at the commune level. After the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee and leaders of departments, committees and branches will go directly to the Provincial Public Administration Center, meet with people and enterprises to grasp the situation, find solutions to overcome difficulties in administrative procedures, and resolve late documents, handle late dossiers, listen to the opinions of people and enterprises about the awareness, responsibility, and attitude of civil servants during the service process. The People's Committees at district and commune levels organize similarly to those at the provincial level.
