Attending were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC); Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha - Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the PPC and 62 Provincial People's Council deputies.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council organized a vote of confidence for 23 people holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council according to the provisions of Resolution No. 96/2023/QH15 (03 people of the Provincial People's Council, 20 people of the PPC). This is an important activity held only once during a tenure to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supervision activities of elected agencies as well as improve the quality and operational efficiency of the State apparatus. Thereby evaluating the reputation and performance of assigned tasks and powers of the person receiving the vote of confidence; as a basis for competent agencies and organizations to consider in planning, training, fostering, arranging and using officials.
The implementation and organization of obtaining votes of confidence were prepared thoughtfully, thoroughly, seriously and strictly by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, ensuring principles and following prescribed procedures.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that, in the spirit of democracy, objectivity, fairness and responsibility, the Provincial People's Council deputies took votes of confidence for those holding positions elected by the 10th Provincial People's Council with the result of "high confidence" and "confidence" prevailing. This result has shown the level of confidence and recognition and evaluation of the efforts and results achieved from the beginning of the tenure until now by the members of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and members of the PPC.
The Provincial People's Council requested that comrades receive votes of confidence to continue promoting the achieved results and seriously recognize the remaining areas and limitations in each field and branch they are responsible for, and come up with more drastic solutions to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The Provincial People's Council Standing Committee is responsible for completing documents and procedures, promptly publicizing the results of the vote of confidence on the mass media and reporting to the National Assembly Standing Committee according to regulations.

After this meeting, the People's Council and PPC will continue to prepare contents for the regular year-end meeting. The Provincial People's Council Standing Committee requested the PPC to focus on directing the drafting agencies to well carry out advisory work, ensuring the time and progress of the contents presented at the meeting; Provincial People's Council agencies examine, give opinions, and serve as a basis for Provincial People's Council deputies to research and make intellectual contributions to perform well the function of monitoring and deciding on important local issues.
