Overcome the challenges
After more than 30 years of innovation and promoting a dynamic and creative tradition, Binh Duong's enterprise community has grown in both quantity and quality, affirming its important role and position. Many entrepreneurs have created miracles and made Binh Duong famous at home and abroad. To date, in the entire province there are 63,773 domestic enterprises with a total registered capital of 692,314 billion VND and 4,162 foreign-invested projects with a total registered capital of more than 40 billion USD. It can be seen that never before have Binh Duong's entrepreneurs experienced so many turbulences and harsh challenges as in the past 3 years. Despite facing difficulties and challenges, the province's entrepreneurs always show responsibility, solidarity, creativity, innovation, efforts to overcome difficulties, and are are always the pioner on the economic front, making positive contributions to the province's development path.

Mr. Bui Nguon Phong - General Director of Le Phong Development and Investment Co., Ltd. said that the province's enterprise community has gone through a truly arduous journey and it is still not over because the business environment is still in a period of great uncertainty. The more difficult it is, the more steadfast and resilient entrepreneurs must be. Above all, the province's entrepreneurs always nurture the desire to get rich, build the country, and build an increasingly strong province.
"In the journey of overcoming difficulties to develop, enterprises receive active support from the Government and authorities at all levels. This is not only about reducing the burden of administrative and legal procedures but also about creating a transparent, fair and easily accessible business environment. In addition, in the context requesting to innovate to meet the global development trend of digital economy, green economy, and circular economy, entrepreneurs have constantly learned, improved their knowledge and invested in improving the application of information technology and digital transformation to improve the competitiveness of their enterprises" - Mr. Phong shared.
The companionship and active support of the provincial authorities and the efforts of enterprises to overcome difficulties that have contributed to helping enterprises recover and promote the province's socio-economic development. In the first 9 months of 2023, Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) increased by 4.94%. The index of industrial production (IIP) increased by 4.2%. Total investment capital for social development increased by 11.4%. The province's average income per capita reaches over 7,000 USD/year.
According to the latest survey implemented by the Provincial Statistics Office, 67.5% of enterprises assessed that the production and business situation in the fourth quarter will be more stable and better than the third quarter of 2023. This is a positive sign showing that the enterprise's trust is still being strengthened.

The 13th National Congress of the Party has set the task: "Developing a strong team of entrepreneurs in quantity and quality, with a spirit of dedication to the nation, with cultural standards, progressive ethics and good management and business qualifications, etc." The world is entering a period of deep integration, opening up many opportunities and challenges in improving technological levels, enhancing production capacity and competitiveness in the global product chain; creating major changes in production, business and services. In such a context, for quick recovery and sustainable development, the enterprise community and the provincial government need to work together to solve the problem with high determination, great efforts, drastic, timely and effective actions, sharing risks, balancing and harmonizing interests between the State, enterprises and people.

He requested that all levels, branches and localities continued to pay attention to effectively implementing solutions to remove difficulties for enterprises. Promoting administrative reform, creating a favorable environment to support startups, innovation and creativity; ensuring the right to do business and equal access to resources and business opportunities of enterprises; always paying attention to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises; implementing well the mechanism for receiving and promptly processing feedback and recommendations from enterprises. In particular, it must make every effort to support enterprises that can grow at home and successfully reach out to the world.
The Business Federation, Professional Association and Industry Association need to further promote their roles and responsibilities in supporting and linking enterprises, being the center of solidarity and solid spiritual support of enterprises. Closely coordinating with functional departments and branches of the province to enhance market research, trade promotion and production and business; contributing to creating a fundamental shift in quality, efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises on the path to international economic integration and sustainable development.

Promoting restructuring, reorganization of production and business, and timely application of modern and advanced scientific and technological achievements; actively paying attention to environmental protection. Improving management capacity, productivity, quality and competitiveness, attracting high quality human resources. Strengthening links and developing harmonious relationships, solidarity and cooperation for development between enterprises, entrepreneurs, workers, farmers and scientists.
In particular, the provincial leaders always wish that each enterprise and entrepreneur in Binh Duong should always be determined to overcome difficulties, increase investment, and develop production and business; aspire to rise up and form prestigious Vietnamese products and brands of regional and world stature. many contributions to the Covid-19 prevention and control in the province.
