The meeting reviewed draft proposals on: Extending the implementation time of Resolution No. 16/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council "Regulations on tuition fees for public preschool education and general education in Binh Duong province for the 2022 - 2023 school year until the end of the 2023 - 2024 school year; supplementing and adjusting Resolution No. 39/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2022 of the Binh Duong provincial People's Council on estimates of State budget revenue in the area, revenue and expenditure and local budget allocation in 2023; regulating support policies for local community digital technology groups for the 2022 - 2025 period; attraction policies, training and fostering support regimes to improve the quality of human resources in Binh Duong province, etc.

Regarding the draft Proposal on extending the implementation time of Resolution No. 16/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council "Regulations on tuition fees for public preschool education and general education in Binh Duong province for the 2022 - 2023 school year" until the end of the 2023 - 2024 school year; it is in order to ensure the legal basis for public preschool education establishments, public general education establishments and continuing education establishments implementing general education programs to implement tuition rates in accordance with the provisions of law and be consistent across the province.

To conclude the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh gave comments on every content. Specifically, he agreed with the draft Proposal on extending the implementation time of Resolution No. 16/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2022 of the Provincial People's Council "Regulations on tuition fees for public preschool education and general education in Binh Duong province for the 2022 - 2023 school year" until the end of the 2023 - 2024 school year; requested the Department of Education and Training to complete the steps to submit to the Provincial People's Council so that the policy can soon be applied for the new school year. Regarding the draft Proposal stipulating support policies for local community digital technology groups in the 2022 - 2025 period which is needed to absorb comments from delegates and adjusted in according to the regulations, etc.
In the remaining months of 2023, the Chairman of the PPC requested departments, branches and localities to make efforts and speed up their efforts to complete the set targets and tasks; strengthen discipline and rules, pay attention to administrative reform and digital transformation.
