At the closing session, the Executive Committee of the 11th Provincial CoL, 2023 - 2028 tenure, including 47 comrades, was introduced before the Congress. In particular, the Standing Committee of the CoL includes 15 comrades. Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Provincial CoL for the 2023 - 2028 tenure. In addition, the Congress also announced that the delegation attending the 13th Viet Nam Trade Union Congress includes 31 official delegates and 04 alternate delegates.

The Executive Committee of the 11th Binh Duong Provincial CoL, 2023 - 2028 tenure, is introduced before the Congress
The Congress voted to approve the action program of Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union, 2023 - 2028 tenure. Accordingly, the overall goal and focus of the tenure is to improve the efficiency of Trade Union activities, focus on performing functions and tasks well, promptly responding to requirements in the new situation, representing and protecting rights, legal and legitimate interests of trade union members and workers; build a strong, comprehensive, adaptable and effective Trade Union that promptly solves problems; act as a bridge, maintain close relationships between Party committees and authorities at all levels with trade union members and workers; deserve to be the largest representative organization, the center to gather and unite the working class and workers in the province; contribute to building a modern and strong Vietnamese working class, positively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

With the motto of action "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development, for the rights and interests of union members and workers, for the sustainable development of Binh Duong province", the Congress agreed to set specific targets for the tenure: By 2028, the province will have about 1.2 million trade union members; at least 83% of enterprises and units have trade unions qualified to represent, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements according to the provisions of law; at least 80% of the cases of trade union members wishing to resolve labor disputes at Court will have Trade Union representatives participating or supported by the Trade Union; coordinating to support and create conditions for trade union members and workers in need of housing to lease, purchase, or lease-purchase from 45% - 50% of apartments in social housing projects for workers in Binh Duong province; 100% of work records at all levels of Trade Unions in the province are processed in the online environment (except for work records that are classified as State secrets); interoperating processes, data, and work records from the provincial level to the grassroots level on the General Confederation's Voffice software; 100% of direct upper-level trade unions at the grassroots level implement the management of trade union members on the member management software of the General Confederation; 100% of Trade Union levels in the province use software to manage trade union finances and assets and pay trade union fees through the Viet Nam Trade Union account.

Speaking at the closing of the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Chairwoman of the Provincial COL called on all officials, members, workers, labor officials and trade unions at all levels in the province to uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote working class traditions, solidarity, creativity, and determine to put the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Provincial Trade Union into concrete and practical action in the movement of workers, labor officials and trade union activities, contributing to building Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union to grow stronger, successfully implementing the Congress Resolution and the province's socio-economic development goals.
To continue promoting the work of taking care of the lives of trade union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, immediately after the Congress, the Provincial COL will organize delegations to visit and give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances in all districts, towns, industries, with the desire to send to trade union members and workers a message of responsibility, belief, trust, and expectation for a more successful tenure of Binh Duong Trade Union.
