Accordingly, departments, committees, branches and localities promptly advise the PPC to issue a Decision to fully and accurately announce AP under the jurisdiction of all levels of government as prescribed in the Government's Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 07, 2017 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decrees related to AP control and the Government Office's Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017 providing guidance on AP control operations; update and publicize timely, complete and accurate AP on the National database on AP in accordance with regulations.
In addition, focusing on reviewing and evaluating thematic AP for individual AP and groups of AP in the fields of business registration, investment, construction, environment, land, etc. in order to promptly propose competent agencies and persons to consider and decide on amending, supplementing, replacing or abolishing regulations on AP that are unnecessary, unreasonable, illegal, and do not meet the principles and regulations on AP in the Government's Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 08, 2010 on the AP control has been amended and supplemented to improve the efficiency of public service performance and create convenience for people and enterprises.
Implementing the review and restructuring of the AP process provided on the National Public Service Portal, the Provincial Information system for handling AP, to reduce the information that must be declared when performing online public services, creating convenience for people and enterprises; ensure the goal of reducing at least 20% of the information that must be declared.
At the same time, announcing, reviewing and evaluating proposed plans to reduce and simplify internal AP groups, with priority in the fields of investment, construction, environment and land; reviewing and compiling statistics on groups of interconnected AP and AP in the approved priority implementation list; simplifying the document composition through evaluating existing data sources and the level of readiness to integrate and provide information in the process of handling AP in the electronic environment as prescribed in Article 23 of the Government's Decree No. 45/2020/ND-CP; making public and transparent the internal process of handling AP to improve the quality of handling AP and serving people and enterprises of departments, committees, branches and localities.
