At the meeting, leaders of departments and branches presented and discussed a number of important contents such as: Draft proposal to develop a Resolution to amend and supplement a number of articles of Resolution No. 07/2019/NQ-HDND dated July 31, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council "Regulating support regimes and policies for civil servants, public employees, employees and students in the Education and Training and Vocational Education branches in Binh Duong province"; Decision on authorizing the Department of Construction to sign a water supply service agreement in Binh Duong province; Project to adjust, preserve and develop Tuong Binh Hiep lacquer craft village combined with tourism in Thu Dau Mot city; adjusting the pre-feasibility study report of Thu Bien - Dat Cuoc Road Construction Project; locally adjusting the general planning (subdivision at 1/5,000 scale) of Binh Duong Industrial - Service - Urban Complex;Decision on authorizing the Department of Construction to promulgate and announce a set of typical designs and model designs for housing projects for workers and employees to rent; Agreement on preparation of Feasibility Study Report and related contents of investment preparation for Component project 2 - Investment in the construction of Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road No.4, section of Thu Bien bridge - Saigon River (phase 1); draft BOT Appendix on adjusting investor for the National Highway 13 Upgrading and expansion project; adjusting the pre-feasibility study report of the Thu Bien - Dat Cuoc Road Construction project, etc.

For the proposal to adjust and supplement the detailed planning of 1/5000 scale for Binh Duong Industrial - Service and Urban Complex, as proposed by the Department of Construction, the construction height in the new urban area will be adjusted from 30 floors to 40 floors and 3 basements but the height must not exceed 150m, Dinh Hoa social housing area will be adjusted from 10 floors to 25 floors but the height must not exceed 100 meters.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman of the PPC Vo Van Minh basically agreed with the drafts, proposals and investment policies for a number of traffic projects. He asked departments and branches to focus on completing related processes and procedures, determined to speed up site clearance progress to start construction projects as soon as possible. Especially speeding up the progress of relocating the power grid in a number of projects, especially the National Highway 13 upgrading and expansion project, section through Thuan An City.
