The delegation visited the Provincial Public Administration Center and collected information about the implementation of administrative procedures and the process of volunteers guiding people to look up information and carry out administrative procedures. At the same time, surveying to get an overall view of the Provincial Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) - a place that collects information and data sources of ministries, branches and localities in all fields, helping leaders at all levels in their supervision, direction and administration.

Reporting to the ICF Survey Team, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications introduced the implementation of broadband; digital transformation and connectivity projects; training program of human resources ready to serve for digital transformation and building of Digital Government. For the include factor (equal digital access) promotion, the province established community digital technology groups in community and hamlets to understand the encounted problems and guide people, especially the elderly, women, and vulnerable people to access technology and digital technology. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. John Jung expressed his impression of the information shared by Binh Duong. He emphasized, Binh Duong not only implements criterias set forth by the ICF, the province also combines its specific cultural elements to these criterias.
