The Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Science and Technology, based on their functions and tasks, coordinate and guide the organization and operations of the Center according to the provisions of law.

Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation (Becamex IDC) presides over the development and approval of functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, operating regulations and ensures the operating costs of the Center; at the same time, coordinates with Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park J.V. Co., Ltd and relevant departments, branches and units to organize, manage and promote the Center's operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
