At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs awarded the Decision of the General Department of Customs to appoint Mr. Tong Quoc Thinh - Director of the Post Clearance Audit Sub-Department to hold the position of Deputy Director of Binh Duong Customs Department since August 01, 2023. Mr. Tong Quoc Thinh was born in 1972, place of origin in Binh Duong province, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and an advanced degree in Political Theory.

Congratulating Mr. Tong Quoc Thinh on his new position, Deputy Director General Nguyen Van Tho proposed Mr. Tong Quoc Thinh to immediately develop a plan to perform the task in the near future, quickly grasp the work, and closely coordinate with the General Department of Customs to carry out the tasks of building an increasingly clean, strong, and internally united Customs branch, and promptly advise solutions to fulfill the assigned tasks.
