The Prime Minister requested that in the coming time, it is necessary to continue to implement and concretize the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization, diversification, being a good friend, a reliable partner, an active and responsible member of the international community; build an independent and self-reliant economy associated with proactive and active international integration that is extensive, substantive and effective; implement the defense policy "4 nos" (no military alliances, no alignment with a second country against a third, no foreign military base on its territory against a third country, and no threat or use of force in international relations); make integration really become a strong driving force to maintain a peaceful and stable environment, to develop the country quickly and sustainably.
At the same time, it is necessary to effectively, seriously and fully implement international agreements and commitments, both bilaterally and multilaterally, in the spirit of "do once said, realize once committed, have results, be weighted and measurable once realized".
