In particular, Binh Duong has become the leading destination for Japanese investors. Currently, Japan ranks second among 65 countries and territories having investment projects in Binh Duong province with 346 projects and total registered investment capital of 5 billion 909 million USD, accounting for 14.8 % of total foreign investment capital in the province.
The Party Committee and provincial government always create all favorable conditions for foreign investors, including Japanese investors to do business effectively.
Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wished that with his position, Mr. Suzuki Keisuke will always pay attention to and promote Binh Duong's image to the Japanese enterprise community and people; as a bridge to help Japanese enterprises come to learn about the investment environment in Binh Duong. Mr. Suzuki Keisuke thanked the warm welcome of Binh Duong provincial leaders and expressed his impression of the dynamic development of the province after many years of his return. That shows the continuous efforts of the Party Committee, the government of Binh Duong province, and the enterprises community in the province.
Mr. Suzuki Keisuke affirmed that the relationship between Viet Nam and Japan is very good and is getting deeper and more comprehensive. Viet Nam in general and Binh Duong in particular are the top priority destinations chosen by Japanese investors. He was pleased that Japanese enterprises are operating very actively and effectively in the province.
He believed that in the coming time, the relationship between the two countries will rise to a new height, not only for economic development cooperation but also for cultural cohesion and people-to-people exchanges.
