From the beginning of the tenure until now, in the context of the general difficult situation, the Thuan An City Standing Party Committee has focused on leading, directing drastically and synchronously, effectively, the 12th City Party Congress's Resolution, firmly overcoming difficulties and challenges, and organizing the implementation to achieve important results in all fields, with 20/26 targets achieved and exceeded and 6/26 targets nearly met compared with the Resolution.

Total social development investment capital reached 71,075 billion VND, an average growth rate of 6% per year, of which the capital construction investment budget was 832,102 billion VND. Industrial production value increased by 5.62% per year on average. The total retail value of goods and service revenue increased by an average of 18.58% per year. Total state budget revenue increased by an average of 7.63% per year.
Regarding social indicators, the rate of trained workers reached 86%. The rate of poor households according to the new multidimensional poverty line was 878, accounting for 1.97% of the target of less than 2.5% of the Resolution. The rate of public schools meeting the national standards reached 73.3%. 100% of secondary schools use electronic contact books. The number of hospital beds per ten thousand people was 30.1. The rate of cultural families reached 96.1%, compared to the set target of 96%.
Government building, administrative reform, anti-corruption, thrift practice, and anti-waste were focused; administrative discipline and discipline were enhanced. The movement "All people protect national security" continued to be effectively promoted. In the last half-term, the city has admitted 446 party members, reaching 60.27% of the resolution target and 63.71% of the target assigned by the province.

However, the implementation of a number of key economic and social indicators has been low, and 10 targets for grade II urban construction have not been achieved. Although state management in the fields of land, construction, environment, and urban order has been concentrated, it has not kept pace with the speed of urbanization.

Balancing revenue and expenditure effectively and economically. Prioritizing investment in essential and urgent key projects; flood protection works.
For key works and projects of the province passing through the city, such as Ring Road No. 3, the National Highway 13 upgrade and expansion project, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway, the Saigon riverside road, etc., the City Party Executive Committee needs to show high responsibility and coordinate to speed up the implementation of the work according to the set plan.
In terms of cultural and social development, taking care of disadvantaged groups in society, supporting and creating conditions for all school-age children to go to school.
In particular, it is necessary to lead the implementation of solutions to ensure the maintenance of national defense, political security, social order and safety, and to protect the peaceful life of the people.
