​​​​Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment together with other departments, committees and branches; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities continue to drastically direct, review, inspect and cut out unnecessary administrative procedures that increase costs, cause troubles, congestion and negative effects for people and enterprises, and actively deploy digital transformation applications; inspect, review and handle officials who are afraid of responsibility, avoid or dare not perform their functions and tasks under their authority, and solve public services for people and enterprises quickly, promptly, effectively and in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, directly directing the performance and take responsibility for the implementation results of policies and solutions to support people and enterprises that have been promulgated and directed by the Government and the Prime Minister; periodically reporting on implementation results and make proposals and recommendations (if any) to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
